Delivery method and payment

We deliver at the best rates negotiated with carriers (currently GLS or Chronopost Europe). The customer can also choose his own carrier: DPD, Dachser, Besson, DBV for Belgium or Chronopost Belgium (20 € per parcel up to 30 kgs) ... We also provide international delivery in Europe by forwarder.

Transport rates / Payment: "GLS" € 14 excluding VAT per package, up to a maximum of 30 kilos (approximately 55 bags) for mainland France (except coastal islands). French Islands, Corsica, Mountainous areas: a supplement * for transport costs, shipment of the order upon receipt of payment, payment terms: remote credit card, check or bank transfer, the RIB will be sent to you with the invoice by Email or Fax , delivery within 48 hours.

RATES EUROPE 1: Parcels up to 30 Kilos / 20 € HT

Chronopost Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Swiss, Austria (20 € per parcel up to 30 kgs)

RATE EUROPE 2: Parcels up to 30 Kilos / 35 € HT

Chronopost England, Ireland, Denmark, Spain, Italy (35 € HT per package up to 30 kilos)

Parcel tracking: GLS uses innovative resources to allow you to track your parcels as you wish: simply and quickly www.uni-track.fr (the shipping number will be mentioned on the invoice).

Minimum order 150 € HT the prices presented are in Euros HT and excluding delivery costs which remain the responsibility of the customer. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order entry, subject to availability on that date.
